Return & Exchange Basics
Key Information
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
- Proof of Purchase: Original order confirmation or receipt required
- Return Shipping: Customer responsible for return shipping costs
Eligible Items
Most of our products can be returned or exchanged, including:
- DRESSES & JUMPSUITS
- BOTTOMS (Joggers & Pants, Leggings)
- Clothing (Hoodies & Sweaters, Long Sleeve Shirts)
- Mid-Season Jackets
- Accessories (BAGS, HANDBAGS, HATS)
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure hygiene and quality standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Hats, Beanies & Mittens (due to close contact with skin and hair)
- LEGWEAR (intimate apparel category)
- Any items without original tags or showing signs of wear
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Final sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
We’ll review your request and email you a return authorization and shipping label within 24-48 hours (Monday-Friday).
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
Use the provided shipping label and drop your package at any authorized shipping location. We recommend getting a tracking number for your records.
Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days and notify you via email.
Refund Information
Refund Timeline
- Credit Card Payments: 5-10 business days after we process your return
- PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days after we process your return
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If you paid with a credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) or PayPal, your refund will be processed through the same channel.
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs for your replacement item.
